Importing a Bike to The USA

We’ve been thinking about this…..

We have an increasing number of customers from the USA and Canada and we thought it would help if we packaged what we offer a bit differently for you guys.

In previous years our export customers have found our pricing difficult to understand, and requiring several calculations before you know what you’re going to have to pay. We’ve decided to offer prices without British VAT (purchase tax), but including insured shipping. This means there’s nothing extra to pay, except the import taxes going into North America. We’re also offering a rough conversion to $US, so you can compare with other domestic manufacturers more easily.

Using 20th April 2022 exchange rates the following fixed prices (including shipping and insurance, excluding import taxes) will apply:

Rohloff Tour 26” or 700c wheels: $4452

Rohloff Tour Disc 26” or 700c: $4844

The Expedition 26” or 700c: $3653

The Outlander 650B or 29”: from $3110

Model 3: 26” or 700c: $3142

Model 2: 26” or 700c: $2781

Model 1: 26” or 700c: $2454
